How can I reserve a home site?
Once you have selected a home site, we will collect a $1,000 refundable reservation check and require you to complete the online Pre-Application Worksheet. This will lock in your home pricing and any incentives for 7 days while you select your structural options and prepare for Agreement.
What is required to sign an Agreement?
At the time of Agreement, your initial investment will be 5% of the base price of the home, 5% of the lot premium if applicable, and 20% of the options you have selected for your home. You will need to have selected a floor plan, elevation, and any structural options you would like to include. No changes can be made to the structure after signing the Agreement.
When do I need to obtain financing?
Buyers have 45 days from the execution of their Agreement to secure financing. While you are free to use a lender of your choosing, all buyers are required to make application with TBI Mortgage within 14 days of Agreement.
Is there a Home Owners Association for Hasentree and, if so, what are the fees?
Yes, there are two associations within Hasentree. All homeowners belong to the Master association which provides security services, grounds maintenance, and general maintenance of all common areas. Quarterly dues for the Master association are $242. All Golf Villa homeowners will also belong to the Golf Villa sub-association. Quarterly dues for the Golf Villa association are $405 and this covers all yard maintenance and irrigation.
Club & Membership Frequently Asked Questions
Am I required to have a Club Membership if I live in Hasentree?
Yes, the minimum requirement for all residents is a Club Membership. This Membership includes access to our Tennis Facilities, Fitness Center, Group Fitness Classes, Swimming Pools, Child Development Corner, Social Events, and dining access at Oak Restaurant, Tavern at Oak, and Salt Water Café. We also offer a Resident Golf Membership, which includes unlimited access to our 18-hole Tom Fazio Championship Golf Course, practice facilities, Golf instruction, on top of all existing Club Membership privileges.
Can non-residents join the Club?
At this time, we only offer full Club and Golf Memberships to the residents of Hasentree. We do have a recallable Golf Membership available for non-residents.
Do I have to pay the full Initiation Fee up-front?
For the Club Membership, the Initiation Fee is due at closing. If you elect to upgrade to a Golf Membership, we offer interest-free financing for the Golf Initiation Fee.
Are there food and beverage minimums at the Club?
No, there are no minimums.
Is the Membership a family membership?
Yes, the Membership includes a primary member, a secondary member, and all dependents under the age of 24 living in your home.
We will be living in the area while our home is being built. Can we use the Club in the meantime?
Yes! As soon as future homeowners are under contract, you are able to Early Activate your Club or Golf Membership. No Initiation Fee is required, just half of the monthly dues. This is a great way to start meeting your future neighbors and enjoy the Club.
I don’t play golf. What else can I do at the Club?
At Hasentree, we have something for everyone. Our active tennis community is led by Hasentree tennis professionals. Our Club also includes a state-of—the-art fitness facility, with daily group fitness classes. We have more than 6 miles of trails within the community where you can walk, jog, ride bikes, walk your pets, or have a picnic. And we host numerous social events throughout the year, from “Jazz Under the Stars”, to “Beer, Blues, Bourbon and BBQ” to “Lobster Boil”. And if you’re looking to share an interest or hobby with new friends, we also offer “organization” Clubs within the Club – from book clubs to bridge, we likely already have a Club, or you can form a new one! You can take a dip in the pool and enjoy a delicious a-la-carte dinner at Oak. For the little ones, we have a Child Development Corner that focuses on play-based learning. Hasentree offers an abundance of options for everyone in the whole family, not just golf lovers.
We are new to the area, how easy it is to meet other Members?
If you are new to the area, Hasentree makes it easy to meet other Members. We host social events for adults and children year-round, giving you multiple opportunities to meet other Members and residents. We also host a few events solely for new Members – a great way to meet your newest neighbors.
What is the proximity to shopping?
Whether you take a right or left out of the main gates of Hasentree, you are just about 3-5 minutes from a grocery store restaurants and other shopping. Popular shopping venues, such as Crabtree Valley Mall, Southpoint, North Hills and Cameron Village are all 15-30 minutes away.
